What I Learned At Tony Robbins’ House
If you paid 6 figures to a mentor to learn and grow, what do you think you might expect? What do you think you would experience? I had the chance to actually be at Tony Robbins private house and to experience firsthand what the weekend was like.
And it was freaking mind-blowing. And I’m going to sit down with a couple my friends today. Show you some pictures and actually share what all went down. So, I was totally curious what would happen if I paid like a quarter million dollars to be able to actually mentor with Tony Robbins.
And then all the other money for like flying out and doing these events. I’m like, “Why would sit… Like one of these events as a 100 grand. Why would someone do that? And for those of you who don’t know, I’m joined today by Carson who wants my companies.
Marianne who runs everything else. Certainly my events. And you know, they’ve been on this amazing journey as we’ve been building this company. And so, you know, we struck a chord on social media where they’re like, “What was it like to actually be at Tony Robins house? And what did you learn?” And I have to tell you insane things came out of that.
And so, I thought rather than just talk about it, we would kind of do a little bit of show-and-tell. So, for those of you don’t know, Tony Robbins, they’re not very many people I have to look up to. But literally.
.. -You just stand on the box for this picture? -No, I didn’t. That’s my actual height. -You mean… Literally… -Like, my neck muscles hurt from… You look up to me, you look up to me. I don’t know why her stool went down right there.
Marianne can’t touch the ground. So she’s like touching my chair. -I can’t. -So… we were in Tony’s house and Tony’s highest level ashlon of Mastermind is called Alliance. And it was a great privilege.
You can’t just pay money to get in that. You actually have to like qualify and get voted in. It’s an extraordinary group of amazing human beings. Super successful in each of their own industries. Basically traveling the world, doing business deals.
But really just enjoying, just inspired and light and learning and figuring out how to just grow their personal life as much as their business to achieve success, balance… And so, part of the trip here when you’re in this group is you actually get to spend a weekend at Tony’s house.
And so, for those you don’t know, I won’t disclose where but I’m just gonna say in southern Florida. The man has an amazing like… Well this is just one of his houses. It’s gigantic. It was actually kind of crazy.
They doubled the size of it. They actually because we’re right on the ocean, they had to bring in like a submarine engineer to build a submarine into the basement literally so that he could actually add square footage.
They loved the house that much. But anyway. I’m hanging out with Toni. It was a great privilege, it was a great opportunity. This is me in his garage taking like a top secret trapdoor down a slide down into the basement where he has all of this play area.
And then right outside… Dude, so Tony… Some of you know, he’s got a ritual of every day he gets into his plunge pool. It’s like 53 or something degrees. Its chilled. It’s like a frigerator that keeps it an intentionally cold becasue Florida’s hot.
And the previous year’s contest winner I think had been in it for 4 minutes. -And of course, you’re like, “Ain’t no contest without me winning”, right? -I got I got reamed after the fact for getting like trapped in a significance contest.
Because someone beat my 5-minute… 6-minute record at 7 minutes. I’m like, “We’re not going to keep doing this if the record is 4.” So, I went in that. That was 12 minutes. That was 12 minutes and 6 seconds.
But you know what? I didn’t really win anyone’s respect. I think I won for some of them like the stupid award. So, even when you can’t be… Like, if you’re if you’re the best, like other people have to find a way.
.. -Here’s your sign. -Yeah, here’s your sign. But here’s some of the things that I learned. And some of the people that I met. Obviously, Tony was there. One of my favorite quotes, he says, “Be a leader instead of a manager of circumstance.
” Just this idea, it was a really magical setting that he created for this incredible experience. Introduced us to some of the people that he has in his life that are just amazing human beings. You know, in life, you’re either acting or being acted upon.
And a lot of people are just managing their problems. They’re managing their crap. And when he shared that, it made an impression. I’m like, “I’m going to capture that. That that’s meaningful.” Then he brings out Mike Tyson.
-Oh, my gosh. Mike has done so many phenomenal things in his lifespan. And he’s… I feel like just looking at his face he’s got a heart of gold. I would have loved to been a fly on the wall in that experience.
Teddy bear at this age earlier like a killing machine. So, at the age of 13, his coach basically takes him in hypnotizes him and brainwashes him every day. “You’re a killer, you’re a destroyer, you kill them.
You kill them.” Like, how would you get to a point where you bite someone’s ear off? Programming. In the moment… And so, like this guy has like, I don’t know his fight… Like majority of the time, you’re going to get knocked out if you go up against Mike Tyson back in his glory days.
But this is something he taught me. He says, “You choose who you become. No one else can make that choice for you.” And we’re talking about at his time like one of the best boxers of all time. It’s like, how did he get there? This is the core mantra of his life.
This was his core slogan. And it just makes me reflect. It’s like, whatever my core message to myself is, whatever I think my identity or one of my purpose is, then I’m going to become that. And a lot of people think that that’s been designated for us instead of realizing that the whole power of choice and agency is that we get to weigh in that.
And so, people make incredible things of themselves. But at the end of the day, only by choice, might be by virtue of God or some gift that you’ve been given. But ultimately, you have to choose into it.
You have to choose to leverage it. -And I think ,it’s actually something you don’t only… You don’t just choose it once. -It’s like a design. -And it’s almost like breadcrumbs that is shifting and changing like.
. I don’t know. Who I am and this year a decade, doesn’t mean that that’s who I’m going to be for the rest of my life. A lot of people, we’re so committed to being who we’ve been that we repeat the past into our future.
And there’s this lack of change and stagnation. And then we find heroes like this or like this man right here. Dude, having a chance to actually meet Conor McGregor was nuts. Like you imagine being in the Octagon fighting 24 times and having 21 knockouts.
This guy… He’s not a big man. He’s a small man. And yet in his weight class division, if you go up against him, you’re getting knocked freaking out. This is something he taught me. He says, “Nothing external can break the internal.
” Because I’m wondering, “What is going on in your mind?” I always interview MMA fighters and I want to know, “What is in your mindset when you’re going up against someone who is thinking break your bones, displace the organs.
..” -They deserve accolades for just climbing in the octave. -It’s a privilege. -Because… -Dude, Bryan Caraway told me… I was interviewing Bryan Caraway. And he said, “Kris…” I said, “What’s it like when you lose?” Because well some famous people show up at our events.
Famous we’ve had. You know, athletes come out. Yeah, I mean… -Norris Cole, 2 times NBA champion, right? And I always ask them is like, “What’s in your psychology?” Here’s what’s in his psychology: “Nothing external can break the internal.
Develop an unconquerable belief.” Not just in God. We always talk about believing God. But we don’t talk about believe in you. He says, “Develop an unconquerable efj in yourself.” It’s all psychological.
Never let the external infiltrate your internal. -I love that word infiltrate. It makes it feel like our brain is like this fortress. -Yes. -We were protecting what’s inside. But what are we protecting? I think that’s what most people don’t understand.
-Yeah. Dude, forces… Listen. Bad things are going to happen you because of your choices or bad things are going to happen you because of others choices. But either way, bad is going to happen. Even if you learn how to make great choices all the time, dude, crap is still going to happen.
And he’s basically saying… How do you get 21 knockouts out of 24? This unconquerable belief in who you are. I look at all of us like you’re becoming world-class in your space and who you are. Dude, you’re freaking running the show with all of my different companies.
And yet 5, 6 years ago started out where? -I was a video editor for you. -You’re standing on the other side of the camera. Right? I’ve never believed that a degree has to design your life but will. Sheer will and desire does.
So, It was really awesome to actually meet Connor. Kevin Hart. Dude, Kevin is like… I can’t wait to see the new Jumanji movie. I did something to my camera. I look like an Oompa Loompa. And he darkened up quite a bit more.
But a weird camera exposure. Listen, he says, “Meet negativity with reinforced positivity.” That for me was like, it was a moment. When you can capture so much power and potency in such a short phrase.
So, by the way, what do all these people share in common? All of them are like… We celebrate him for how funny he is. We celebrate this guy for being able to knock other people out. We celebrate this guy for owning at doing 6 billion dollars in business.
But what they all shared which was surprising to me was this uncomfortable spirit believe in self. -It’s internal. -And they all understand that they have to reinforce their positivity to go up against the day-to-day negativity that exists.
-And that’s a common theme. I keep seeing like your takeaways from these people, it’s not about… This is how.. The technical. It’s not the technical. It’s what’s going on in here. And people don’t get that, is that your brain is everything.
-Because strategy will always eventually fail you, right? Like eventually, you come up to a circumstance that has never been faced before. So, your strategy doesn’t work anymore. -Yeah. Your skillsets.
.. -The only thing that will determine that you continue moving forward. -Yeah. So, spending the weekend at Tony’s wasn’t just about meeting these amazing people or Tony himself. It was also the peer network.
Like tony talks about proximity is power. Which means if we become the average of the five people we hang out with, then start swapping those people out and hang out with people that have what you want and in time you’re going to get it.
And so.. I mean that’s one of the reasons why I joined up. But I got exposure to some amazing people. One of the individuals I’ll leave nameless that I met in this group has now become a really dear friend of ours.
She and her husband sold their company last year for I think 1.6 dollars. And they’re doing… And they have just hearts of gold. Beautiful people, beautiful Souls. And my breakthrough technology that we’ve used to change thousands of lives, they want to bring it to the world stage.
And so now, they’re committing and funding that. And I’m like, “Wow! All of that came from this weekend at Tony’s.” -Well, they’re also putting it in schools. That’s the coolest thing is we’re teaching 2 and a half year old kids.
We’re teaching teachers, we’re teaching their parents. And I can’t wait to see this thing go global. -Yep. And then here was the other one: These individuals, this has Promise Phelon on the Left. This is Sean Callagy on the right.
Sean’s probably America’s greatest top lawyer and Promise is like the queen of capital. She raises venture capital like nobody else’s business. She has her own fund that she grows and manages. We came up with an idea to disrupt like the coaching and mentoring space and mastermind space.
And currently, we have a tech company that is just skyrocketing. -It’s coming. -And like, that was the earlier this year. And this company is like blowing up. I leave tomorrow for Tahoe to meet up with them and to actually we’re selecting the CEO for the company.
-So it was like, that came from this. All because… So, you know… A lot of people are like, “Dude, you probably had to like… Was it worth it to pay that money?” The first event I went to, I remember I paid like $90,000 just to go to this week-long financial training.
And that year my company quadrupled. Its how I fired myself and I hired you. And your income grew and a lot of great things happen because you put yourself in the space of people who are already winning the succeeding.
And just by virtue of being in their their surroundings and then essence, you get to learn from them. So like, at Tony’s… The entertainment was crazy. The food was crazy. The dancing, the fireworks.
Like it was… Like it was a crazy event. But the people, the people were priceless. And it was just a priceless… You’re meeting like just incredible people. -Well, I just have to say this. I mean, Carson and I have been part of your company for 6 years plus and I can remember just what was like 18 months ago, it was 4 of us in the office.
And that was about the same time that you started with Tony. And I have to say that we owe a lot of the growth to your decision to work and build you and to reinvest into yourself. And that’s… I think the take-home lesson for a lot of people as they work on yourself.
It’s the best ROI you’re ever going to have. -I know. So true. You know, the fun thing though is we’ve been able to see the same thing happen in our community, right? People all over the world come to our events.
They get proximity me. And guess what happens next? -They start doing real estate. -They start owning it, right? They’ve been learning, they’ve been reading, they’ve been learning, they’ve been reading, they’ve been trying.
They’ve been trying. But now all of a sudden, it starts happening. And we’re celebrating. -The closed-cycle can never develop further. -Yeah. -And if you look at science and evolution, it’s all about introducing new variables that create new results.
So, if the people do real estate at our events, they come to them and then they meet other people that are doing it and they’re like, “How’d you do it?” -Yeah. -“Oh, wait a minute. You ran into a roadblock that I thought was completely damning.
Like stopping me entirely. But you found a way through. Oh, great.” It’s like this sharing of ideas. -And then you watch people like buy real estate on these stage. Like literally signing contracts on people’s backs.
-I’m doing this. I’m going. -Suddenly something shifts and you say, “Oh, I can do this. I can do this.” -So, for those of you that are watching… Seriously, if you haven’t been for example of one of my events but you’ve been subscribed to the channel for a long time saying, “Kris, I’m learning so much.
I’ve even implemented some things. But guess what? I want to go from here to here.” Here’s what I learned with Tony: We need immersive experiences to level up. If you want to chip away at your progress like one little chip at a time or you can literally go in and get the work done, like, that weekend changed my financial stars.
And has impacted people. And with this company will touch people all over the world. It’s crazy what it’s going to do. And so, for you, when you come to an immersive experience, you may want to get into my airspace because you’ve been wanting to get invest in real estate.
Come to an event and guess what? If it’s ever going to be at its easiest to jump in and make it happen, it’s going to be then in there. If it’s ever gonna happen, that is the litmus test. And just like I’m gaining proximity to people, I’m learning from.
.. Like, I wanted to actually have it to Silicon Valley tech company as a part of diversification. Right now, I’m diversifying my assets everywhere and real estate is my core foundation. But I believe in business.
I believe in starting businesses. I believe in productive businesses. I believe in businesses that change lives. And if you been watching this because you believe in this channel, well, I’m telling you what –come to the event have a life-changing experience like I’ve been sharing that I’ve been having.
And Marianne, Carson, our entire team will show up to help you have a freaking stellar life-changing experience. Get your million-dollar game plan pumped out and actually get you going when you want life.
Link is below for details on the very next event coming up. And we host them here at our very own event center. People come in from all over the world. So, you know what? Take the timem get proximity to people who have what you want and find yourself actually make it happen.
