are not willing to do what it takes to
make their dreams come true let the
center of bringing any dream into
fruition is self-discipline

getting results can be frustrating it
does not happen overnight it’s something
that takes time
focus on the results not on how you’re
gonna get there basic
and again I think the biggest issue is
not just putting limits on yourself but
accepting those limits accepting that
that’s the norm it doesn’t have to be
I’m gonna say the same to you give me
one solid effort like you’ve never given
before and today’s workout and I promise
you you are going to start to see
big-time rewards and gains from doing
that
if you want different results you want
something you’ve never had you have to
do something different that you’ve never
done before if you want to go ahead and
continue your life the exact same way it
is right now and have delusions of it
changing someday on its own otherwise
show up dude and be ready to change
why don’t you try to establish the goal
and actually start working on that with
an intent and a conviction to achieving
it right now if you’re doing this right
it’s gonna be uncomfortable it ain’t
gonna be easy your body is comfortable
giving you a certain level beyond it it
doesn’t like it but your challenge is to
take it is to find out how you can get
more from what your body is willing to
give you that is what training heart is
that is intensity that is what produces
results you can’t just wake up one day
and decide you’re gonna be tough you’re
gonna be mentally strong
it’s a day-in day-out process that you
have to master you’ve got to learn to
own the fact that pain and discomfort is
your friend

area of life choose the more difficult
path on purpose choose to avoid the easy
route choose to earn things go out there
put action to that River put action to
your goals you need to focus on what you
have to do what you have to come

it’s really really simple to get to
where we need to be but it’s not easy if
it was easy everybody would be there
maybe you don’t like the current state
of your fitness level maybe you don’t
like the way you look in the mirror
maybe you’ve been saying I’ll do it
tomorrow I’ll do it next week I’ll do it
and if you want to get results you
better start intervening because
nothing’s going to change for you unless
you actually change something about what
you’re currently doing
