hello how are you hi everyone this is palin’s from success resources and we’re super excited to be here with you today um where we will review um tony’s book um the awakened giant within and um yeah um one day um please uh tell a bit about um about this series and and what we do so people who are joining us can can understand what’s happening thank you so much ben it’s great to see you it’s been a while yes thank you thank you it’s great to see you too so yes so as balance said welcome to the awaken the giant within a book review this is where we come on live three times a week to discuss with you guys to in-depth tony’s principles in his um one of his number one books awakened the giant within so if you have been um running along with us so far we are now on chapter 13 which is all about influencing ultimate influence and mastering your system and you may think about that what does that even mean that sounds quite complex that sounds really weird but don’t worry we’re going about to break it down for you because we get we’ve went for the book we’ve analyzed it and we’ve you know taken some key points and you know really try to understand it so we can communicate it to you more efficiently effectively so you guys can get the most out of it because this isn’t what we’re here for we’re here to support you to encourage you and to make sure that you guys are the best are would love to you know say hi shout you out and introduce you as a part of our community so thank you again so much so balance how has quarantine been for you so far how was your weekend whoa um it’s been great um i found it very interesting because it relates as well to the book and and systems but before we jump to that like i answer a question weekend was great i just returned from hungary so um it’s you know passing through borders um it’s it’s not as it used to be and it’s it’s a um quite different i mean there are different steps to our normal life i wouldn’t say it’s like crazy different or or changed so much yes change is inevitable in some ways but i look at it more like other extra steps or other less steps because that that defines my decision making on the day-to-day basis so so um yeah i had a cool trip um and um um it’s it’s nice to be you know in peak summer time in a country and it’s just so quiet because everyone is pretty much like locked up so crazy it must have been so much fun i’m so jealous yes i can’t imagine what it’s like i can’t imagine what it’s like traveling now because i used to travel a lot before quarantine and now trying to think all the crazy procedures that you have to do like distancing that you have to do it sounds like it it’s gonna be interesting yeah well it it yeah it depends on you know country to country and uh um i think it like is just my personal opinion without going too much into it but i think it’s highly like politically influenced how governments make their decisions because we as individuals we can control our lives and we can make our own decisions but also governments make their decisions and and um they are very often like biased or really like influenced by other countries so um yeah traveling is interesting like uh just here in london like king’s cross is like empty and and it’s it’s weird to see like one or two people like lingering around and um yeah to me it’s something brand new it’s a whole new world out there right now like brings you it’s not the same and i don’t even feel the same i’m happy i don’t feel the same i’m happy i feel like better but i also feel like just the way in terms of me interacting getting up my routines just messed up completely yeah but but could it be like that you feeling good could it be because you feel now adapted to this new world i feel good because i feel like i wasn’t who i was when i first started quarantine not because okay of what is going on around but who i’ve now become in the process of the chaos nice um what was necessary for you to get there quiet time to myself okay just me and my foot and you know just being in the zone and just trying to think about why am i doing what am i doing evaluation with what we’re going to talk about because this is what ultimate influence and mastering your systems i think this is basically what i did i did a lot of evaluation i had time to sit down be quiet and just think about okay why am i doing what i’m doing why do i feel this way when i do what i do is it a good thing is the bathroom do i like it am i doing this to police people why am i doing this to please people where is this coming from is it from a child is it always you know this whole inner like i had to go deep and really evaluate why is i was doing what i’m doing am i doing it because i enjoy it this is what i love naturally or am i doing it because i’m trying to impress people i’m trying to be enough for everyone else before i can even be enough for myself yeah very good congratulations yes it’s questions and you just started to ask better questions like um they fuel everything that we decide and and why we do the things that we do and and it’s very interesting to to observe like where attention is going because nowadays um like i i can ask you like you only what do you think right now what’s the biggest resource or sort of like community what has the biggest value right now in this world you mean in general yeah yeah like value for me i don’t know i would say people because without people there is no like there’s nothing yeah yeah and from like a business perspective maybe oh so do you mean like gold and like oh yeah i mean yeah that’s the community that that’s one thing what i was thinking about is human attention oh yeah that’s such a big resource and and if you can um guide like capture and then guide human attention from one way to another that’s an incredible power so that’s why we um need to start to ask these questions like am i focusing outward or inward so basically you started to focus inward by asking deeper and deeper questions which gave you answers better and better answers and and um yeah the result of that was that you had some realization some breakthroughs and you feel great it’s crazy that you say that because everything links exactly what you said so when you said the attention that we get and from online especially these days everyone’s trying to get people’s attention and it kind of links to the world influencer because influencers managed to get attention and yeah the chat of this book is called ultimate influence and this is not about influencing other people’s data such to take action but it’s more influencing ourselves to take action yes i thought like it’s it’s a perfect link the way you just connected that and you know thank you right now we’re gonna dive in on how to master your systems because i know being an influencer is all about you know trying to influence other people and you know get them to act but now it’s time to actually i feel like if you haven’t already during quarantine it’s time to you know master your own influence and influence yourself to do things because there’s a lot of things that as people we can’t even influence ourselves to do people can’t even even influence themselves to go to the gym yeah yeah ultimately help you do things that good for them like we’re just kind of operating or they take the escalator to go to the gym rather than taking the stairs you know it’s like it’s more like a symbolic purpose yeah like we can’t even really you know we’re not are we really in control of ourselves if we really want to do something do we do or we do we just like fall off did we just you know try and you know either try and focus on something else or get distracted get procrastinate you know we need to ask these questions that why can’t i commit to something or why can’t i you know i said i want to do something why can’t i do it and you know that’s a question in itself to ask yourself what is the source what’s the route you know there’s always a different i always say this there’s always a deeper meaning and different reason why we do things and why other people do things so that’s why we can’t take everything from face value because if we take it for face value then you’re not you’re missing the point you know and you’re always angry and you’ll always be reactive because you’re only looking at that outer you’re not looking within and saying okay actually what does this mean why is this person acting like a maniac there must be something wrong like yeah i’m pretty sure everyone has asked this question before why is this person so weird you know why is this person you know being crazy like thinking yeah just because you may have said something to them and then it’s triggered them to be something completely different absolutely and if we think about well-known people now they are well known um and and we just know it because we are looking backwards but people like walt disney or or um abraham lincoln or inventors creators they were very often rejected they were like the round kegs in in square halls and and they they were seeing like the weird ones but whenever we are looking at something we need to ask the question are we actually looking at the thing or we are looking through it through a filter and and here comes an objectivity that we need to ask ourselves and and reassure reassure ourselves that um this is so it is what it is like um obviously we are biased and we put it through some sort of filter but do we have that that capacity to um to say okay this is a maniac compared to what or compared to who you know because for example if if i’m 200 kilograms and i’m standing in a mirror by today’s standards i’m obese right but what happens if i’m the only human being on earth am i fat no am i skinny no because there is no comparison compared to who compared to what so so that that’s why we need to remember that um okay we might judge something or somebody that oh okay this is a bit creepier it’s weird but compared to who are compared to what and and um it’s in people’s language as well they very often um magnify things compared to what they are like like i i went to the um shop yesterday and i almost died i’m like did you actually really almost die like you you know like that’s not that mean this drama queen but it gets people’s attention and it’s working hey so you have a system there you know and and um yeah so he here comes um from the book from the chapter like the the um our ultimate like master system um what what does it mean to me because what tony says is that behind everything we do there is a system we we are making decisions just just how we feel like you know that the emotions feelings that that fuel our decisions um very highly but if we would just break it down what we actually do you know we could make a system out of it like a mathematical pattern now now the thing is that when you go in the morning one day to to make a coffee or a tea or your smoothie do you actually think about each step you don’t know all the time i guess no no no the time yeah yeah so so our brain wants to conserve energy and power so we just like on autopilot most of the day you know and and that happens with with um most of the decisions we make and and um there are some controversial questions like if for example um you drive a car and and um you tried to park and you would hit a red porch and there is no one around but you scratched it would you leave a note would you try to contact the the uh the the other driver the other owner or no so again what would you run away driver yeah yeah and and like without judging just observe yourself um and any of you just observe what comes up in you is it uh you would do the right thing and and like actually try to contact the person would you like escape like remember there is nobody there but why would you do that what you do because if if someone is broke you know and and they don’t want their insurance or their credit or whatever being affected they would like run away maybe but if your values lie right yes and and if they’ve been exactly and if they’ve been raised really well even if they you know not there financially to afford the repair or something you know they’ve been told that way to stay there you know and and so um yeah do you have other examples like this or or um um what would you add to it oh what would i add to that i think back to what you were saying earlier about all the different people and how they you know they think different they act if they talk different and you know they also know and there’s outliers i think i’ll read this quote from the book from this chapter actually says when people are doing better than us then it’s because they have better ways of evaluating what things mean and what they should do about it so it’s not necessarily that they’re just better than us overall that they may be more skillful more talented and more creative they’re just better than evaluating situations seeing the problem seeing the error and taking action to change that so it’s not necessary you have to be a walt disney or you have to be a steve jobs or you have to be you know you have to have some you need to be a genius or something called this great idea you literally just got to start evaluating things better and i think that’s what a lot of people don’t do we’re not evaluating ourselves we’re not evaluating our lives you know in school we’ll talk to evaluate you know make a point have an explanation evaluate the situation that’s how we learned of it in school but realistically in life a lot of people were just kind of going through the motions we’re not really being self-reflective we don’t take time to say you know have meditative practices and you know take time to ask ourselves the right questions or by the way our life a day or week a year i don’t know about you guys but every single birthday i make sure i evaluate what can i say that my 24th year my 23rd year my 22nd year my 18th year right now what can i account for in that year this year has gone and i’m still not where i want to be like and then i just start beating myself up but i’ve stopped that’s my goal that’s an important practice you know i mean like me personally my bad habit is to beat myself up i’ll be like look one day you had a whole year and you haven’t done anything i mean look at all these you know younger people they’re 16 year old millionaires out here you’re yeah you know i mean like and i realized that was the voice of my inner critic of where i probably had as a child of being compared to loads of different kids oh look at this kid they’re doing this well look at this person like from teachers and from parents and from you know grandpa you know everyone they didn’t do it obviously to make me upset but as a child that registered to me and that became my inner credit voice so everything i do wherever i go is like look at that person and look at what they’re doing you know so you but i didn’t realize that until i had the quiet time to think about evaluating that wait why am i always comparing myself why am i never why is nothing ever good enough what is it my limiting beliefs that i believe in myself what was told to me that is now i’ve carried on as a child from the childhood into my adulthood and that’s my inner present now and that’s why i can’t do anything because that’s the thing that’s holding back you know i mean so yeah well done i’m so proud of you congratulations three because stop it stop it yeah because that that that’s what gives us the edge um in today’s world like um learning relearning and unlearning so powerful man unlearning man unlearning yeah yeah and and it’s about like unlearning bad habits or skills that we don’t need like yeah imagine carrying all the the for example notes that you’ve taken in your whole life or all the books that you’ve read you don’t carry you know 10 boxes with you non-stop to the shop to the coffee shop no you don’t need it you store the information which is the most necessary for you in in in your average like life surrounding sort of what surrounds you most of the time because what what we think our thoughts are 80 the same as they were yesterday and they are the 80 the same that they were the day before and the day before so so um um that’s why i really like for example tony and unleash the part with him because in such a short period of time you go through such a big change that you know you don’t have time to carry all that like eighty percent of the eighty percent it’s just like look here is all the things that you brought with you to these events all the years it might be 15 30 60 years just have them on the side and open your mind to something new yeah yeah and and then you are free to take it back after the events you know you can carry all the yeah yeah yeah you know yeah yeah but but uh um you know people can achieve it you know at home as well but you know it might be really lengthy or or they might not have a guidance yeah they don’t have the resources or they don’t they’re not aware a lot of people actually aren’t even aware that the way they are isn’t right we don’t think it’s normal this is just the way i am and to put another quote from the book which is actually one of the first phrases people are not their behaviors so no you’re not just the way you are just because you are not your behaviors you choose your behaviors you choose the way you behave and you can change the way you behave as well because you know anyone can if that was everyone excuse no one would be anything you know and to go back to what you said about carrying all the old stuff with us it was actually so crazy that you said that because i hadn’t basically i get this weird metaphors and analogies that i feel like god just tells me sometimes so i had to plan i have a plan in my um my windowsill and yes it was basically most of it was you know dying and you know the leaves were dead and stems were dead but it was really tall because that was it used to grow a year ago and just as it sees grow and i was like wait why isn’t it growing it’s just the leaves are just dying so it’s like i did some research and it i researched that i need to trim the tree i mean the rose bush in order for it to grow back better because yes you don’t cut off the dead stems then your plant will keep sending energy to dead stems and nothing will grow and that was like it was kind of just like a how many of us are putting energy into dead things dead ideologies dead beliefs dead um deadpool’s in our lives he can put energy in it thinking it’s going to grow it’s going to bloom it’s going to process him he’s going to produce fruit and it doesn’t because he needs to cut off and then you can regrow again even though when you cut off the bush looks now it looks really small looks like it’s not anything but really it would never grow to be anything if you don’t cut it off yes the dead the old has gone away and now you need to cut off start fresh so you can now then bloom again like you were before so yeah whoa crazy all right and that’s like why is my plot not going i’m giving it food i’m giving it water i’m giving it sunlight but it’s not growing it keeps dying on me like and new little shoots were coming up because it couldn’t grow from the dead shoots yeah it’s like having a container you keep filling it up but it has holes on the bottom yeah that’s it and and and um here comes an important like note that i would mention and it’s about mistakes and what is a mistake because um very often people categorize mistakes as they are bad but that’s down you know also to the educational system where they yeah yeah but they penalize you for it and and that’s how life is that we are rewarded for being right you know so the more time we are right hopefully you know we’re gonna be richer happier everything but that’s not always the case sometimes you can be right or you can be happy and and people get attached to being right very often so they’re cool with being pissed off you know some some with like mistakes um like when when people categorize it as as like bad or or or have like a negative charge think about it um think about the child when when it’s learning to walk and and it’s uh you know i’m humping on his bum you know falling rolling whatever but eventually it’s gonna start to walk like uh my my uh dad bypassed it he gave me two pencils in my hands and i thought i’m holding something and i started talk like that but yeah so like we with um um mistakes like what is a mistake it’s basically an experiment run too long so everything is an experiment that we are running and and if we um dedicate time that okay i’m gonna commit some time that i will do this this type of exercise or i’m gonna learn that language for two months or i’m gonna learn a new instrument we need to dedicate a time to it like let’s test it for a month or three months but what happens like people don’t really think about it consciously as you said you know they just like do things because that’s what feels right to them so when um um when they don’t set a deadline they tend to over overdo it and and when they actually like become like upset about it that’s like enough do you know that’s when they cut it but by the time it’s already too late to cut i mean no it’s never too late to cut but they a lot earlier that’s what i’m realizing with my plant now if i had yeah you know i’m holding on to the look because it was so big and it was like okay wait i don’t want to cut it because if i cut it and it becomes smaller and then that means it’s not good like it’s it’s not the right it doesn’t look right but you need to cut in order for it to grow yeah and and look at like for example australia and the bushfires and it’s horrible what happened uh in the beginning of the year and end of last year but it’s really growing now and and that used to happen in nature a lot and if we revert back to nature sometimes it’s teaching much more than what we uh yeah see for the first time and and there used to be like lightnings you know create like a bushfire but then the forest again starts to live and there’s actually um like a very unique um pine tree in america that um um you know has this like um how they call it this wooden thing that’s falls off a pine tree oh panko yeah yeah yeah the pine cone yeah so it can survive a fire like like it fuzz of a tree you know and and then it just gets stored in the earth the soil and if there is a fire after only after that it it pops up and releases the seeds so it’s basically the the nature found a way to regrow itself so it’s easy yeah yeah yeah and it’s the same with with clothing like do you go shopping time to time for clothes yeah a little bit too much i think you’re not alone with that but imagine you you buy a bunch of new clothes like happy life where do you imagine it yeah yeah you would need to put it in your drawer but you can’t put it there unless you remove the old stuff yeah yeah trust me so we need to remove the old tool to allow a place for this create the new that’s it and that’s the thing about even with seasons in life people think life is supposed to be a one big summer you know even with plants and they show us through the seasons that you know there’s there’s summer there’s um fool where all the leaves fall off and you know everything looks like it’s dead but it’s not dead it’s just preparing for the new season which is you know after winter may be cold and like oh no it’s not gonna get better but then come spring which everything starts to bloom up and blossom again and then summer comes around again you know there’s no like everything has its intervals and the time and the season for everything the time for learning there’s a lot of time for sewing this is time for reaping exactly and and um i i think it’s it’s a great exercise to think about that in what phase are you in right now yeah like i know that i’m in my spring and and like three years ago it was difficult for me because i was in my winter and i just wanted to do so much i’m like you know mentally i i knew that i want to do it but just something was holding me back and and um you know we can call it the universe or some sort of energy but i i just couldn’t like imagine that i had like the sport car it was fueled up it was ready to go but i just couldn’t couldn’t start the engine are you quick the key couldn’t find the key yeah yeah yeah it’s like i’m ready i want to do you know but i just couldn’t and and now everything just like you know it’s like blooming yeah yeah yeah but we need to remember that it’s spring i need to remember that they spring that i need to run experiments you know i gonna make mistakes like in the spring you know some some plants come out and you know they they nourish someday they die you know and you need to replant the seeds but exactly and some bloom in summer it’s not spring you wait it still takes time before they bloom you know so it’s understanding your time just because someone else is blooming now doesn’t mean you’re oh how come i’m not blooming like you keep comparing you keep comparing yourself to other people’s races and that’s what causes like depression and upsetness instead of just focusing on your own time and your own season and sometimes your season doesn’t go straight like winter spring summer fall no sometimes it goes winter spring winter spring winter spring oh my god you know i mean like you might go back and forth you know depending on what you need to land because you haven’t learnt what you needed for into that season and then it starts again so it’s just depending on what you’re willing to do what evaluations are you willing to do sure what questions are you willing to ask yourself are you willing to learn from it are you willing to complain and blame you know people just want to complain and blame complaining oh it’s because of this it’s because of that it’s because this is thinking okay what can i take ownership of what can i take responsibility what can i do to change this pattern because i see i keep doing the same mistakes the same mistakes the same problems they keep coming up and that’s the thing about you know whatever you want to call the universe universal god like they’ll the same problem is going to keep coming up in different forms until you learn how to deal with it and you’ll keep trying until you realize it’s not everybody else it’s me that needs to change everybody else may even if everyone else does have the problem you can’t avoid people like that in life but how are you gonna react how are you gonna change your perception your behavior so that you can still have peace you can still move on and you can still get what it needs you need to do to get whatever it is that you need to be done done because you know you’re laughing at the hands of other people your business idea your dreams your aspirations your goals you need to take ownership and say this is what i want this is what i’m going to get how can i make this work because there’s always a way the world is away absolutely and and like our viewers like the audience who’s following success resources tony and other speakers they they are high achievers you know many like on their own terms they they’re very very very successful in their life as a parent as a business owner as as an employee anywhere and and many of them might be not happy where they are and and when they start to ask questions they they might realize what’s causing the issue because we tend to focus on on the on the results on the effect by what’s actually causing it like the roots create the fruit if you look after the roots you’re going to have better fruits and and like there’s a coil that i really like as well which is like take away the coals and the effect and the effect seizes so like you need need to change what what’s causing like for example if people have money issue what is it coming from is it actually like an inbound cash flow issue or is it more like an outbound cash flow issue a mindset issue yeah yeah yeah like um are you looking uh for opportunities most of the time or you say i wouldn’t work because of this i wouldn’t work because of that and and what questions are you asking uh within you and and that’s why i’m i’m really big fan of tony’s work from the point that he’s focusing on questions and yeah and you know like thought structures yeah to go back to his book on that actually one of the quotes one of the chapters one of the sub-sections in this chapter actually says superior evaluations create superior lives so the better your evaluations are on your life the better questions you start asking yourself as we’ve been saying throughout this talk the better your life will be which is basically similar to what i feel like you were just saying like in order to you know create the life that we want in order to be the person that we want we need to be able to evaluate whatever is going on or you know whatever situation that may be happening and who make it create it into something better you know and looking at it from a different perspective instead of just the perspective that we are truth you know there’s a there’s our truth there’s our understanding and the actual understanding once you and once you open your eyes as the lens you talk about once you open your eye on your eyes you understand that you know not everybody sees things the way you see it everyone has has had your life experience or has your understanding what you can really in in because the thing is it’s a it’s a deep because not we’re not programmed to think like this you know what i mean it takes a lot for us to ask us some people don’t even know to ask themselves that question you know what i mean because it doesn’t it doesn’t register for them to make sense what do you mean why do i feel this way because it’s me this is how i am you know i mean it doesn’t make sense to ask yourself that kind of question but if we start asking ourselves these kind of things we would solve so many problems that we don’t even know that we had in the first place so yeah absolutely absolutely and and um like one thing is like the the value the value structure that that’s something we will talk about in in the next uh video this is yeah like the the structure that underpins it because we might don’t think like oh why did i park here but um that’s actually the important bit like if you you know look back at your day like why did i go to eat there or why did i cook maybe and brought my lunch with me or yeah like why did i park my heat my car here and not there why did i buy this phone and not that one and and the more we pay attention to these decisions the more um consciously we will live our lives and and um if if you like most people like when the employees they familiar with the rota or either they are managing a team so they need to create a rotor or they need to follow a rota like attending to work um especially in shift work uh for that basically if you if you create a rota it’s advanced mathematics right like uh maybe one person is on holiday next week the other one doesn’t like to work on monday the the third one uh um you know has the family over um and then you need to give certain amount of days off if you’re managing like a restaurant or a bar so those you know those like mathematically you can put it together but our life is different it has emotions it has feelings and we are fueled by them so we need to um think a bit both ways like yes it’s fun to go like wake boarding on a river pulled by a motorboat but but uh why do we do it like why do i do it and then you know i could have said like i’ve never done before and it’s literally going from zero to 100 because it’s super difficult to start out straight away with a motorboat that’s pulling you yeah like you should start out on a track like slowly just try to like stand on the board i’m like you know what i’m gonna fall whatever times you know it was fun you know yeah and i think that also tied to your level sorry your level of risk and fear your ability to be willing to you know you for example you may have had like maybe parents or people around you that like to do those things so you were taught to be scared of them and i feel like also it also plays in the way like i could get really political and talk about how society allows you know men like are free to kind of be risk averse like guys boys are allowed to play they have to be rough they’re allowed to climb on stuff and do so when they grow up they’re not really scared of stuff because as a kid that’s what they were doing all the time being risk being free but girls are kind of taught sit down don’t do that girls don’t do that stay still you can’t you know we’re taught to be really risk-averse and just you know kind of stay where it’s safe and not be as energetic or risk you know hurt ourselves scrape money and i feel like that’s conditioned us from now that’s why there’s loads of male entrepreneurs because they they’re not afraid of this they’re not further failing because when they’re growing up they’re always taught to take risks and be free as for girls you know we calculate we think about it too much like oh you could fall you could do this you could do that you and i feel like that’s down to our conditioning as well and it’s yeah it’s unlearning those things so that we can really be free to do what is we want and be in that mindset and it’s weird how all of it stems from our childhood it’s so crazy that’s why it’s so important and i love that a couple of times you mentioned about like evaluating because it depends on like how much are we um risk averse or pro risk and and um i really like simple simple uh phrases like pick your battles for example like that’s as well like are you taking the risk to go into an argument in this case or you rather go like i know you know just let it go my energy my time my sanity isn’t worth yeah yeah yeah you’re about to go down i it’s not worth it for me you know sometimes it may be but sometimes it won’t be and i feel like you know there’s a lot of things that tell us that oh no you’re being too nice or you you’re being um you know you’re being a wuss like you’re backing down from a fight but not every fight is worth fighting you know what i mean it’s like it doesn’t mean even by your character it just means that you’re choosing you choose your battles you choose what is important to you and you know you shouldn’t allow other people to dictate what is worth fighting for and what isn’t worth fighting for because i don’t know they it’s your peace of mind it’s your energy that’s going to go into this effort and you know you need to ask yourself why am i doing this am i doing this to impress on people am i why do i care about what these other people think i need to reserve what is important to me i need to invest in what is important to me and not what everyone else thinks is important because at the end of the day trying to please people is there’s no point because no one really cares at the end of the day you know you live your life trying to please people you’ll never be happy everyone else even if they’re happy for a second and then there’s something else you know i mean like is it’s pointless yeah yeah like you can make like some people happy sometimes but you cannot make everybody happy every time yeah and i feel like that’s an amazing thing to like kind of round up on because we actually only have five minutes left so i don’t know is it is there any tips or like extra um things that you want to let everyone know in terms of how to be uh have ultimate influence over themselves and you know master our own systems there anything other than you know asking ourselves the right questions of as we said understanding that we are not our behaviors and you know we don’t have to act that way is there any other little things that maybe that you do that you know little things that you do to help you when you are you know in this funk or not doing what you know that you need to be doing thank you yeah yeah yeah and and for this i i use very simple questions but they’re very very powerful like you can even write it down because if you live by this your your brain is your brain is is basically a problem-solving machine it’s it’s like a dislike uh bio calculator you know you throw at it a problem and it finds a solution so the better questions the better problems you throw at it the better you know yeah results equations you know it’s going to give you so my question is like if i’m in a great situation i asked how could he get any better than this how could he get any better than this what else is possible or if someone is going through a tough time like what what’s possible here um what can we do what’s the solution here how could he get better than this you know how could he get the same question just in different formats yeah yeah or what do i need to do or who do i need to become to get x and then you you put in your your uh desired outcome that you want to achieve i love that yeah thank you yeah so what do i need to do or who do i need to become and and and just go on with your day you know you you threw a a problem at the at the computer now it’s working at it and and and it’s it’s very interesting that in this life we get rewarded to the complexity of the problems we solve and and that has a lot of way to it i repeat it again so we get rewarded in today’s world like compared to them to the problems that we solve the complexity of the problems that we saw what i mean by this that if someone is doing a minimal wage job like flipping burgers like nothing is wrong with that but it doesn’t require so many problem solvings compared to maybe uh doing a heart surgery it is just an example or or creating a company merger between companies or or creating a contract coming up with a new product you know it has so many little things in branding that that you need to create and you might be familiar with that you know so so um we need to remember that um if we ask simple questions like how could it get better than this we have a great mood in a great mood we’re gonna make better decisions with better decisions we’re gonna take better actions with better actions we’re gonna get better results so so um yeah it’s important i think to be in a in a good mood um i love to think about like how can i put many things together and and see them working i just love it um and yeah yeah thank you so much yeah thank you i’m happy i could share it with you and and with all of you and um thank you for for joining and uh yeah don’t tell me give us gives us i think great inspiration and very good topics um without even us like reading every line of the book more like yeah like like uh discussing the topic yeah i love i honestly i do feel like it’s so much it’s such a value add and you know there’s always things you can learn even you know no matter how many times you go through these um topics and uh one point i just want to find a point i want to end on as well is that if you are struggling with you know mastering yourself and your influence i think as i did and as i decided i just took the time even though it may be it may be painful to go back and look at you know one of those things because some people there’s a lot of dark times they don’t want to go back to so they can never solve the problem because they refuse to un undo the wounds to you know go and fix what needs to be fixed and understand you know from a different perspective a holistic perspective and you know how you know even though it was bad how can i now make it for my good and just because it happened to me that doesn’t define me and who i am what they said about me does not define me what they did to me does not define me i define me and i say i want to be like this so i would definitely say don’t be afraid to dig deep don’t be afraid to discover and unlock who you truly are who you truly want to be and that may be mean you know doing some of the dirty work and going to places you don’t want to go so um just to wrap it up thank you so much guys for joining us today thank you for being amazing i always
