he was I’m so privileged to be with you here I came here to your country for the first time 35 years ago when the still is Soviet Union I was invited by Soviet government a group of scientists who were studying paranormal activities psychic abilities and I was doing fire walking so they invited me and I had the unique opportunity of being here in those days and traveling here for Moscow home by the Siberian Siberian training and needing to so take people in during that time coming here was such a beautiful thing I’m just so lucky because I was this is 1983 I was 23 years old I was just like a girl and I remember I stopped in the town outside Siberia about this giant Soviet map but on the back I laid out my plan on the back of the map I was gonna conquer the world and serve millions of people it was the beginning of my journey I came back again my haters later than 1992 after the forum of the Russian Federation and things have changed I had the privilege of flying big jets are you making that offer to drop it over I got to go on a high-level interceptor doors and seventy-six thousand feet and when I looked up and saw the space I looked down and saw the sunlight I can see the curvature of the earth I was traveling almost twice the speed of sound like to make jet coming to state city an opportunity to give the zero gravity there is God and so in such a week opportunity to come back here to visit with you today where I am 35 years later at 58 years old and I’ve had the privilege of working around the world with 50 million people from a hundred countries and I have some things like over this year but I think it’d make a significant difference you recall in your life so I want to think of this one – coming here because you have no idea what you’re getting yourself into and you come I also want to thank beggary and Kaley simplicity for bringing me here and then telling how excited to be here because last night I got it late and I’ve got too much red sweater and because I guess all the advertisements and so forth I’ve stuff there’s so many people I met slowly beautiful crushing people last night took hundreds of pictures of people and got to talk to them if I can English a little bit put the digression and so it’s very exciting I know that’s 50 times a first of all beautiful to see your city continued growth and see how much the world coke and swap in that list a policy and also I know it’s an uncertainty because places kind of stereotypes come back to economies all over the world and so I know that completely sincere affection house number one for the last basically we put years of my life I put the strategies that can help you succeed in business in the shortest period of time and what I found is there’s some simple tools that can make that difference I’ve learned over time that used to make things very complex because it made me feel intelligent but when I learned place complexity is the enemy of execution you make things too complex will be desert and so I thought maybe before we do anything else I might show you just quickly why people there’s a challenge when you first start the first time doing teaching the community like this and that as most of us in this room have been trained on a 20th century school in the 20th century school what you learned to do in order to report to your desk to the chair was supposed to sit down and be quiet don’t do anything someone tells you to do it and don’t talk to your neighbor but in the real world today if you’re in business and you don’t talk to your labor you’re out of business if you need someone to tell you what to do but I have been to environment before where the work something you said this is really helpful to versity apply what you learned how can put this before God please make him say that say that this time just warranty lifetime say down [Applause] so how does this make sense yes enough because here’s the research shows if you sit and listen to be passively the way we’ve all been trained to learn within 30 days over 10% of what we talked about which would be a waste of your time is to do something different you’ll get better results and so we’re gonna use our bodies as part of that so they can happen so because without energy they miss your father for many people have paid attention but they don’t do anything because they don’t follow through so I like to start since the energy in this room is very subdued I try to put a little different first question for it how important is energy to successful business on a scale from 0 to 10 where 10 is the most important zeros not encoded all they were to quit how do we put it even above what they can say huh awesome I think it’s a time as her to say huh [Applause] [Applause] each other my energy into
