the way you change your state meaning the state you’re in if you’re in a board scared state you’re going to act a certain way if you’re in an aggressive state you’re going to do something different the same person who’s can be really nice can be mean when they’re in a mean state mean people can be nice when they’re nice day right the way to change your state from uncertain and fearful to courageous is not that you’re doing that fear courage doesn’t mean you don’t have fear and you’re scared but you do it anyway right exactly and so that’s a state of just determination or certainty or our aggressiveness and the way the fastest way to do that is to make a radical change in your body like I was you know seventeen years old trying to figure out I survive sleep into my car and I did two things I would feed my mind so I go read biographies I go I’m old enough in ancient have to remember there was no internet so we actually went to the library and I would read these biographies and I read what people are going through in their lives you people are historic people I go man my life has no no problems we go to that so that would inspire me but then the other thing I would do is I started training my body I would go force myself to go on a run and I was gonna run her I had 38 pounds more weight than I have now when you put yourself that hard physically fear is physical so it’s courage oh that’s interesting if you make a radical change you go lift weight you go for a really aggressive walk or a sprint you’re done it it changes your biochemistry and all of a sudden that determination will show up and the fear will disappear because you’re in a different state of mind you’ll do something great
