completely uh last year so last year i went to this big big event all right it’s it’s i don’t know about this mentor before right i just heard that he is the best he is someone that i should go and learn from right and that time i still don’t know who he is but i just believe my friends i just believe the the company success resources who told me to to go for his courses i just went i just i flew to birmingham i flew to singapore take his courses and everyone say that he is the best the best in the industry right so his name is tony robin tony robin so the event is called upw unleash the power within and in let me tell you that event completely changed my life and i believe it doesn’t just change my life it changed everyone’s life in that event is because all the content that tony robbins share and all the value that he gave to us it makes us feel like unstoppable that’s nothing to be scared of i i just saw a video of him uh he’s he was saying what is fear what is fear right if you guys do do you guys know what is fear yeah type in the chat box if you know what is fear like what fears stand for let me see all right some people might say fear is false evidence appear appearing real some people might say forget everything and run right so fear means many things to many people yeah and tony say this one thing no matter who you are what race you are who uh whether you are the richest guy in the world or you are the athlete you the best athlete in the world you all we all have this one thing in common yes fear the fear of not feeling enough the fear of not failing enough all right so uh tony robbins say this fear it blocked a lot of people from moving forward towards their goal right and a lot of people would choose to choose to give up for their passion their goals just because of fear some people might choose to end their life because of fear some people might choose to hurt other people just because of fear and here fear it it it brings a lot of negative things into our life and um i’m studying something about human right about people this is what i learned from the event why do people do what they do why do people do what they do some people we are the same human being no matter what race you are we are the same human being we function the same way all right but how can that person achieve what he achieved but we can’t why is that all right tony spent so much time on studying about the peak performer how do those high achiever achieve what they want it all come down to these two things these two things all right the very first thing is state state it’s all about their state are you in a peak state or are you in a in a low state right so how do we how do we acquire that it’s all about energy how do we put energy forward so we can do what we want to do we can achieve what we really want to achieve right energy it gets a lot a lot of things to do with our mindset with our physio physique body on how we stand how we move how we sit like right now everyone is sitting uh watching this facebook live make sure you’re sitting straight right saying straight because you’re about to get into getting some info into you right so kind of tune your body a little bit lose your body up a little bit all right okay so let me see who’s on facebook live first okay team i still i still can’t see the life on facebook though maybe talk ourselves into things all right do you guys ever feel this way like early in the morning you don’t feel like waking up you don’t feel like going to work you don’t you don’t feel motivated you don’t feel uh like doing things that you’re supposed to do yeah we all feel that way right we all feel that way and when when i remember when whenever tony say that whoever feel that way say i i remember everyone raised their hand i right so everyone have that feeling but it’s about how to overcome that how do we change that state like right away right away and get into the peak performance state right away all right that’s one one tools i want to share with you guys today that’s one tool remember this all right and and if you have a notebook draw it down okay let me see okay okay and holiday today is thursday i’m not sure which country are you from but in malaysia i’m in malaysia right now today is holiday you could have spent time with your family with your friends with your with your loved one but you choose to spend time here and to learn something to get some value out of this live video right and i feel like i really thank you guys for that i’m really grateful for that and i i just want to tell you guys that i don’t take this lightly i’ll make sure i give you guys the best value all right so let’s let’s see who’s on the call who’s on the live facebook live awesome i see some people are coming down there all right so i was saying about changing our state right changing our state that’s uh one tool that i want to share with you guys that i learned from tony this is what he called a five-second rule five second rule no matter what you do you gotta train your mind to have no negotiation at all like you don’t you don’t get to say any excuse you don’t get to say things like oh maybe maybe yes or maybe no no that’s one tool right this five second rules is just it it got the ideas from launching the rocket right five four three two one let’s go is that so whenever you want to do something early in the morning you will you woke up you feel like ah you don’t feel like waking up and you want some motivation and all right give you give yourself this time frame 5 4 this 5 second time frame it works for everybody all right trust me try to use this all right the next morning all right whenever you want to do some big decision or everything make sure you put this five number in your in your head and then just count from five to one five four three two one two you feel like oh suddenly you got so many energy so many energy to come up right so try this and also the way tony tony trains is every morning he’ll do meditation and every morning no matter what season he’s in he will go into his pool like a really cold pool he would jump he would jump down no matter what it’s because he want to train his mindset to to be to be fearful to be unstoppable that’s what i train myself as well every morning that’s what i do every morning i’ll turn on cold shower i’ll be like okay here we go here we go five four three two one run into cold shower all right anyone who listening to this facebook live use this tool use this tool tomorrow morning or later in the day right i’m not sure what time zone you guys are in right now can you guys tell me what time zone you are in right now what time is it there let me see in the comment let me see in the chat box where are you from and what time is it there all right and i was saying that’s a two two ways of two uh peak performers uh do right the first thing is state and the second one is emotion now we all have uh different emotion needs and next every day i’m gonna be doing facebook live and tomorrow i’ll be sharing about the six human needs no matter who you are where you are from and what race you are we all have this same needs six human needs all right so um i’ll roughly share a little bit to you guys what is this six human needs all right the first one that we all that we need is certainty we all want that certain things that um we want to feel safe all right we want to feel like okay we we got this money coming in this month so that we feel safe we can pay for our rent we can pay for our kids we can pay for our food right so this is certainty it’s in all of us we all need that certainty but if if you know your day it’s gonna be exactly like how you think it is like you know how it uh what other people gonna say what you will receive what you’re gonna eat how would you feel how would you feel how would you feel if you know how your day gonna end every day what you’re gonna eat what who you’re gonna meet and what your friends gonna say what what things gonna happen when you drive along the way you know exactly how would you feel how would you feel probably pretty bored right pretty bored you’ll feel like uh this is too easy it’s way too expected so that’s why in our human need we all need this second thing uncertainty uncertainty yes the first thing is certainty and the second thing is uncertainty right and the third one um sorry for uncertainty we all need it because why we all need that variety in life we need surprise we need surprise right it’s not all kind of surprise but only the surprise that we love only the surprise that we love right so we we in our human needs we have this certainty we have uncertainty the third one we have this we all need significant significant the the feeling of feeling important everyone here everyone who are watching facebook live everyone in the world will have this in their in their needs right but the thing is most people value their needs in a different way some people they value certainty more some people they value significant more that’s why they choose different job right and the fourth one the four things the fourth of the six human needs it’s called love love and connection we all need that we all need um the connection it do do you guys ever meet people who are rage who are who are they they have everything but they’re still miserable miserable as hell yeah i do i do meet people like this they it it’s just they they don’t have the connection to people they have they don’t have the home or they don’t have the place for them to share their happiness that is why we all need this all our all of our human needs need to be fulfilled okay so the fourth the four things that i just mentioned just now all of this they have their positive side and also they have their negative side right for certainty what would you need to do to feel certainty some people would do um well we’ll do drugs would do drugs or drink alcohol or or smoke a cigarette to make them feel like release their stress make them feel certainty in a bad way that is it in a negative way right what’s the positive way for feeling certainty maybe working out right to to eat healthy right to know exactly how the food tastes yeah to feel certainty how about uncertainty i’m pretty sure there’s a lot of negative side and positive side about this one too right so the negative side um all this need draw it down write it down on your notebook and make a line under it what is positive of this human needs and what is the negative of this human needs the second one is uncertainty the third one is love and connection i believe you met some people who who would do things for their loved one to gain connection right i’m pretty sure that lots of people go for an extreme way to get love to be loved and the fourth one the fourth one is significant significant people would hurt people due to just to get significant that’s the negative way so that’s four of it in our human needs half the positive side and negative side and that’s another two another two of the human needs which have no negative side at all everyone would like to know what it is comment down below say yes let me hear you guys let me see your command all right so the other two the other two of six human needs is actually contribution contribution the the feeling of um that’s a saying living is all about giving right living is all about giving things to people yeah it’s about uh it’s about giving value to other people and also also help others the fulfillment that you will get and the last one the last month the last one is learning constant learning we all need that learning to grow we all need that for our for our human needs to be able to grow i met people like who are really rich who are who are satisfied in their job who who have a good family but they don’t have the feeling of fulfillment do you guys ever met people like this yeah they don’t have the feeling of fulfillment of of growth yeah so so need to take care of this six human needs whether you are in the positive side or you’re in the negative side all right so this six human need make sure you write it down all right guys so my i would like to share something my upw experience i went to my ubw experience last year right last year in singapore it is a big and huge event really huge event and that’s probably like 10 000 of people in there we’re all waiting for tony robbins to come to come out and all and let me tell you this when tony came out it’s just like a rock star everyone was like whoa children tony tony right that time i still don’t know who tony is right i’m just there to learn i just attend the seminar for the very first time but after attending all that four days of event i completely salute this guy this guy completely changed my life i i came from a really depression state and i i went to his event he completely changed my life i would say he saved my life and i’m thankful for that i’m thankful for that i’ll share a little bit of uh how upw works all right so the first day the first day is actually what they call a fire walking a fire walking experience for you to walk on fire all right to change your state to make you feel so confident to make you feel so unstoppable tony makes you walk on fire walk on fire that sound that might sound crazy right i’m gonna show you something even more crazy let me share my screen all right let me okay here so this is how it is so 10 000 of us walked on fire every one of us was lining up like that everyone walk on fire like this this is oprah winfield tony himself coached her on how to walk on it and if if you guys um go to youtube and look for this video saying like it’s all right you gotta you gotta break through it you gotta break through it so when he do this thing to oprah he was like convince her convince her and then motivate her put things into her mind in one at one point she just did it she just did it she just walked on it it’s a great video you guys should check it out all right so everyone walk on it at this okay we don’t walk on this this this is crazy this is too crazy all right the fire is too huge how cool is that if uh if if your friend asks you hey what did what did you do on this weekend and you go like oh nothing much just
