Mantra for Success and NoFap motivation[Personal Power day 3] [Tony Robbins]
all right guys this is albert on day three with tony robbins personal power to day three and today we’re going to start off with the chant motivate ourselves in the morning i just got out of a run just worked out i did a hundred leg ups today dang on my abdomen so making those abs man workout is first thing i do in the morning and today we are gonna get motivated to do the chant so one of the chances is the motivational kind of incagnation we gotta put all our body inside all our power inside our whole being in this chant to become the best version of ourselves so now we will have the motivation to face the day and become the most powerful version for today so let us do it i am the power repeat with me i am the power i am infinite energy i choose my beliefs nobody can influence me but me i observe my thoughts and entertain only those that empower me i commit to being rich rich wealth is a positive thing in my life i choose to help billions and billions of people with my power with my being help as many people as i possibly can even giving my own life i am an excellent money manager finances in my brain i can crunch the numbers i know my numbers and i am detail oriented in my accounting i am committed to learning constant learning and growing becoming the best version build those muscles in my mind in my body and in my soul i am a billionaire mind i have a billionaire mind i have a trillionaire mind and that is the power we will go forth for this day and empower you tonight and tomorrow and have the amazing sleep you need today to actually make yourself powerful during the day so um i am going to give you an update of my goals that i’ve wrote down working on my sleep routine having the best sleep and the best energy i feel i fall asleep way more better i’ve tried a little bit of cbd oil uh you know sometimes if i can’t really sleep maybe like half a pill of 1.
5 milliliter of melatonin sometimes but try not to use it as much i do my foot massage i have a epsom salt bath with my feet in it for about 30 minutes and then it really relaxes me i put lavender oil in the epsom salt mixture for my feet and that has you know made me drop like a like a stone and i read on tim ferriss’s formula with a apple cider vinegar with honey mixed together with warm water in the microwave for about 30 seconds and then maybe if it’s too hot put some cold water in it to make it mildly warm drink it fall like a stone so my sleep has been amazing um i put on nose straps because i have sleep apnea so i have nasal passage and i put something in my mouth i got this from joe rogan so i don’t grind my teeth i have bad sleep apnea man and um but after like all those procedures the headband and the ear plugs i sleep like a rock and i have amazing energy during the day um i’ve of course you know i’ve worked on my diet and things like that so i’m losing weight that have gained in um while i was kind of in l.
a so let us kind of put this stuff into perspective and go for the tasks for today so day three of personal power these are the tasks so specifically what drives your life is neural associations whatever pain or pleasure we associate or link in a situation in a nervous system okay so if we want to change our life the science you’re going to learn is neural associative condition so it means like hey what you’re conditioned to right so this system will allow you to link massive pleasure to the task you’ve been putting off so like all those stuff like you know my not sleeping very well and procrastinating sleep procrastinating meditation procrastinating doing this program every single day for the rest of my life like you know just it’s just like 10 minutes per day man like just 10 minutes per day working on personal power too and you know definitely helped me get out of a rut before several times and it is helping me now during this coven 19 crisis i have my mask here and 94 mass k 94 from korea you know there’s all this crazy stuff going but i’m not gonna let this drop me down i will stay motivated and powerful and you know going back to the subject matter so use this program to give your way to get direct control of your behaviors and emotions control your behaviors control your emotions control how you respond to the outside stimulus like over 19 and depression so but in a way that simplifies and reinforces discipline in this session you’ve learned to ask yourself what are some of the negative associations i made in the past that helped me from the actions from achieving my ultimate desires so let’s um you know see what the assignment is so my assignment write down three neural associations you’ve made in the past that have shaped your destiny positively so write down what kind of neural associations you had conditioning or past beliefs that made me positive list three different neural associations that have been disempowering to you until now so i started down three that were positive for me so i have a very very you know connectivity to a warrior’s spirit so you know i have an identity uh you know my ancestors on my mother’s side were warriors uh ancestors on my father’s side were scholars so i have you know this really kind of warrior mentality that can beat whatever fall is in place you know my testosterone my power my aggression toward becoming the best warrior i can become that comes from my mom’s side that we’re from a lineage of korean warriors during the shilla dynasty that you know there’s this famous very famous soldier or general who you know died for the sake of the king and his head got lopped off people thought you know the other opposing threats during the three kingdoms stage in korea they thought this guy was the king and found out he was fake cut his head off so the actual king who ran away gave him a golden head so that was a general shin that comes from my mother’s side of the family and my dad side of the family’s ancestors were first to bring confucianism to korea so that identity that identity of a warrior i will focus on my physiology become an aggressive person to focus on achieving my goals and protect my family and my country and that kind of powerful warrior mentality and scholar mentality those two things have really changed you know my belief system and that so that was a neural uh thing so kind of going through any uh obstacles in my way that is a powerful euro program now the second thing i have in my identity and probably is just do something very difficult every single day so working out every single day that’s pretty positive i try to exercise at least a little bit 20 minutes per day at least i’ll go for a run do some yoga do some push-ups whatever move my body boxing all that kind of stuff so that is my program and third thing i am you know pretty good at i believe that is very positive is i am very you know i do very well at you know kind of focusing in programming or building a plane model for eight hours if i sit down and i get focused on something like ocd stuff i can sit for 24 hours and build a website i can i can even not even sleep for 48 hours something if i need to build something you know i’ve done in the past since i was elementary squad sit down and build these model airplanes for hours and hours like think of it like a little kid he’s like 80 years old and sitting down building legos and like model airplanes and pro models like gundam like robots and stuff like that for eight hours straight not going anywhere like that kind of focus uh that has been you know great part of building my career as an engineer so those are the three positive things now what are some of the three negative associations that have been disempowering and of course if you guys know this channel i have of addictive personalities so of course like focusing on in for eight hours straight on programming or something productive is great but you know i’ve been you know in this channel before i’ve been working out before i’ve you know really kind of powerfully taken over my life to become the best version of me i was addicted to pornography i would sit down for like five to ten hours sometimes just on the internet all night long during my high school years or my college years like sometimes i would you know first year of high school or during my military times in korea like there was my boredom my all these like fear or anxiety would make me to just keep on watching video after video for hours and i’ve broken through that i have and i’m good to say that hey you know porn does not control my life anymore like it did in like 10 years ago um but now you know after that focus there is a plateau of like hey you know i’ve overcome this thing what is my next step why is my life so boring you know i can you know i don’t really need a job at this point to you know eat and sleep like what is the point of making money and i i need that meaning in my life again i need to get out of that rut so that is why i’m doing this i want to help as many people as possible but to help others i need to build myself and build my my container my container to bring in influence bring in helping people bring in my power building my body you know you have to be strong and powerful if you want to lift things for people you care about to protect your people you need to be influential powerful you need the wealth you need the health you need the influence and the connections and relationships so trying to build that out that is why i’m going through this program again it is a reminder of who i am and you know every time i go through this program it is different every single time because of where i am in my life and so those are some of the three kind of uh neural associations disempowering me until now um like what i can think of is yeah i have addictive personality disorder um you know sometimes obsessive and nowadays i’m kind of feeling a little bit down a little bit blue uh loneliness loneliness and anxiety that has been plaguing me for a long while and i think you know while going through the low-fat challenge or you know overcoming porn addiction and building my relationships with you guys um i think this is kind of empowering me to become the best version so comment down below guys what is your kind of three things that were positive and what are the three things that were negative uh neural associations in your life what are these three things and other three things that were positive or negative okay and now let’s go to the next one three neural associations that have this empowerment and now we went through that one and let’s go on to i think you know these uh things for each day i’m going to try them as much as possible but sometimes you can skip and do another one okay but i want to keep this short i don’t want to overdo it and that is the whole session so today i’m going to work on my inner game my inner power you know build myself the best version of yourself and daily habits man self-help is like a shower you know i’ve just worked out if i don’t take a shower stink same thing with self-help if you’re you don’t protect your brain you don’t protect your coffee inside your head you’re gonna be poisoned to that okay you gotta rinse it out you know i’m trying to get this beard in but even this beard if i don’t like kind of shave a little here and stuff like that it’s going to be all messy all over my face um so keep yourself clean guys self help every day take care i’ll see you guys in the
