we all get to that stage and whatever it
is we’re doing in life where we feel
like we can’t go on we feel like we
can’t take another step feel like we
can’t cope another minute feel like we
can’t do another rep feel like we can’t
handle another rejection these moments
are just a part of life and if you’re
ever going to achieve anything in life
worth having you’ve got to learn to keep
pushing when these moments come I can
remember being dead broke I just had my
first kid at the age of 24 and I was
just getting started doing what I love
to do but the money wasn’t coming in the
bills were piling up and the stress just
kept getting bigger and bigger like a
massive weight on my shoulders I was
ready to give up I was ready to throw in
the towel and just give up on my dream
you know why because it was the easy way
out
the easy thing to do was quit and
everything in my body was telling me to
quit
to give up to give in to call it a day
when these moments come up you have to
remember what why you studied why you
want it why are you doing it for me I
had to remember it was doing it for my
kids and giving them a better life this
reminder gave me the strength I needed
to keep pushing on and keep driving
forward through all of the pain through
all of the stress through love the worry
for of the depression I knew why I had
to carry on and why I had to keep
pushing these moments about happen even
in the smallest of places in the gym
when you’ve got another rep to lift or
one mile to run training your mind
helps you to be better prepared for when
the bigger problems show up never give
up if you want to do something bad
enough you can get it when you have to
keep pushing no matter how easy or
comfortable give it up seems one thing
is for sure if you take the easy road
you’ll get to the end of your life and
regret you didn’t even try never quit
