This week, I decided to try Tony Robbins morning routine, for boosting energy levels, motivation and focus throughout the day. Tony Robbins does this every day and it takes him about 30 minutes after which he is said to work 16(!) hour days. I wanted to see how I can fair on his schedule. I did his morning routine, I worked for 16 hours, I repeated it again. I also wanted to take you with in my day to show you how my productivity and energy faired. But damn was it hard – ice cold baths, hanging-upside down and sleeping 3-5 hours. I can’t keep up with that BUT!! I am going to steal some of his techniques for sure. I loved the cold plunge, to be completely honest. Definitely give it a go while being pre-heated. Here are some useful links:
