time for fitness go say that the some of

medicines and surgeries it’s 2020 you’re
still young the way you live in your 20s
and these 20s will determine your health
for the rest of your life
choose a workout over a night out choose
a spot over Netflix choose a healthy
life over a painful possibility life is
all about choices and a healthy
lifestyle is all about priorities start
today and never stop
