BODYBUILDING MOTIVATION – THE MAN THAT I’VE BECOME
all right I’m ready bro the person that
I am when I walk into the gym is an
accelerated high-performance version of
myself my focus is on a hundred my
determination is on a hundred my drive
is on one hundred and really the person
I am in a gym is the person that I
always strived to be
[Music]
[Music]
my drive comes from both my successes
and failures but more so my failures
every failure I counter is like fuel my
gas tank is fuel to keep me going it
fuels myself to improve to make progress
it also makes me angry and the best part
about being angry is you can channel
that energy into what you’re doing at
the moment either it’s pushing through a
hard set pushing through a cardio
session whatever it may be
[Music]
a lot of who I am I owe it to
bodybuilding a lot of who I became the
man I am today is all because of
bodybuilding
excuse me discipline drive work ethic
no-nonsense approach to anything that I
try to conquer
[Music]
you know I hate when people talk about
genetics and talk about their time and
City guy would look like you I just
don’t have the genetics I don’t have the
money I don’t have the time to go to the
gym it’s all bullshit you think I woke
up with good genetics you think I woke
up with the ability to put on over a
hundred pounds of muscle on my natural
frame you think I woke up in the morning
looking forward to every workout it
didn’t just happen I had to work my
fucking ass off day and night for not
months not years but we’re talking about
decades we’re talking about 15 years of
never missing a workout barely ever
missing a meal just being a hundred
percent disciplined focused and
dedicated to the task at hand which is
to get big as fuck
[Music]
I remember the first time I ever lifted
a weight it was because I was so
insecure about how I look but the more
and more I stayed in the gym I dedicated
myself to just showing up and doing the
work the more confidence grew
[Music]
not only did my physique start to change
but so did my mental approach my
confidence my charisma and I think
that’s the most addicting part about
lifting weights as the person that you
become the man who I became is night and
day from who I was if there’s anyone out
there right now that’s listening to this
maybe you’re in the same starting point
I was typical 130 pound kid no
confidence my only piece of advice to
you is grab your fucking balls and just
do it
